Nutrition or not

It is a little less than satisfying to think that you are healthy to find out that everything you eat is crap. I knew that my Ohs cereal wasn't really healthy, but boy was I shocked to find out about the rest. I guess I have two options, either change and eat all super healthy and bland food, or....I could eat what I want and try not to over indulge in cookies. Well, wtf why not just enjoy life, we will all get cancer one day anyway. I may as well live and die a happy person.

Note... I am still not eating dessert for lent. April 12th is not coming fast enough

Sundays

Well, another Sunday here in beautiful SLO. Never winter weather here...very odd and I don't think I like it too too much. Football and inlaws rule the weekend, but that's ok I did have a good time. I took "Mom" to the beach and we all took a nice long walk, and afterward we went to Avila Valley Barn. A recent favorite of mine, although I have been very good and I haven't spent much money there yet and I think it is mostly because I feel guilty spending on myself during the holiday season. We also went to Cost Plus and downtown. Today we went to the Mission in the morning for Church, something that I have wanted to do here for years...and it was not like I expected but it was good. The Cowboys won over the Niners....who would have thought!! The Raiders are on now and my friends and I will bake later :) Anyway...Ellen are we going to have a holiday get together? Maybe some food and holiday movies? Just wondering!

My Eagle just won't fly away

I am desperately trying to sell my car for a decent price, the problem is, everyone thinks that they can get a special deal. After a recent garage sale experience I have learned that people who go to garage sales to buy something are really looking to get something for free, and I am beginning to think that people who look for used cars online do the same thing. I have been offered no more that six hundred dollars less than I am asking, and although in a normal car buying situation that wouldn't be a big deal, my car is worth little to nothing so it is a big portion of the price. That would be equivalent to asking your grocer to sell you a box of Cherrios for 5o cents, without blinking. I need to get rid of my car, but I also need to get paid for it!!!!

Damn it all to hell

I am pretty much a frantic mess with a screwed up back at this point. Tonight was interesting. It all started today at work finding out that my idiot co-worker is pregnant by her MARRIED boyfriend. So pretty much immediately I was bombarded with crazy. Later on I was conversing with a gentleman who was supposed to meet me after work and see my car. It turned out that he was going to SLO later and would call. By the way, my sister and her boyfriend are coming to town tonight and that just makes me frantic in itself because I need to clean! So long story short, I was out to dinner when the idiot guy called for the car so I had my boy come and pick me up and as I was running into my apartment to get my charger for my now dead cell phone (conveniently died as I was giving directions to the car man) I was distracted while Joe says "I'm going to turn the truck around" I proceeded to run in front of it and go hit. That's right, I was hit by a car, a car tha my boyfriend was driving. Kinda funny, at least all the people in the parking lot sure thought it was. (PS read the last sentence with out the "at least" in it, and tell me I'm not Yoda in disguise. Anyway, then in the end the bastard wanted to pay 1200 for my car. BULL, I am not going to take that crap. Anyway, my sister should be here any minute and I have a full sink of dishes.

This is my first blog...yey! I thought Ellen's was cool, and although I probably won't ever be as cool as her...this is still fun. I usually have a lot to say and not anything relevant, but in any case YOU WILL LISTEN because I don't usually take no for an answer. I will probably blog my complaints all the time, which is fine because if I blog them maybe Joe won't have to listen to me bitch. That's all for now, I must be in a nice mood.
